With the help of our partners and sponsors, A Brush with Kindness provides minor repairs, home modifications, and critical home repair services to any qualified homeowners in Las Vegas. This program helps them understand what it takes to keep their home safe and learn how to keep it in top shape.
Are You Eligible?
- The home must be located in Clark County & be your primary residence.
- Must be able to show proof of ownership & current on mortgage payments.
- Owner occupied for at least the last 2 years and have current homeowners insurance.
- Household income between 30%-80% area median income based on current HUD guidelines.
- Needed repairs must be assessed and approved by our construction team.
