A Brush With Kindness
A Brush with Kindness is part of Habitat for Humanity's revitalization program and focuses on completing minor repairs, home modifications and critical home repair services so homeowners can continue to live in safe, decent home for years to come. Habitat Las Vegas partners with sponsors in order to provide home repairs to low-to-moderate income families in the Las Vegas community.

ABWK Qualifications
Are You Eligible?
Read through the following criteria to see if you are eligible to apply:

The home must be located in Clark County & be your primary residence.

Must be able to show proof of ownership & current on mortgage payments.

Owner occupied for at least the last 2 years and have current homeowners insurance.

Household income between 30%-80% area median income based on current HUD guidelines.
-
Needed repairs must be assessed and approved by our construction team.
