Homeownership Program

About Habitat's Homeownership Program

Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas believes that all hard-working individuals and families should have access to the benefits and stability of homeownership. In this belief, we are committed to partnering with families to build simple, decent, and affordable housing. The low cost of our homes is made possible by the exceptional support of the people in our community. Because of their generosity, we are able to sell our homes, at no profit, to qualified families with a 0% interest mortgage loan.

How to become a Habitat Homeowner

Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas builds brand new homes from the ground up. Habitat houses are made affordable for qualifying, low-income families to purchase with a 0% Fixed Interest home loan, mortgage payments based on income, and no down payment required.

If you are interested in applying to be a homeowner through Habitat Las Vegas, please consider our three criteria: Applicants must demonstrate a need for adequate housing, the ability to repay an interest-free mortgage, and the willingness to commit to a partnership with Habitat Las Vegas.
