When speaking with Tiffany, you can already sense the relief she feels about becoming a homeowner. Her Habitat home will be completed soon, and she can already see
the foundation of her future looking brighter and more stable every day.

As Tiffany makes her way through the Habitat Las Vegas Homeownership program, she gains more confidence in herself and her skills as a lone provider for her eight-year-old son, Zachariah. With each new step, she is acquiring a newfound appreciation for the hard work and dedication it takes to own a home, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Before coming to Habitat, Tiffany worried about her son’s future. Though she works full time, she wondered how she would ever get them out of the room they currently share in her mother’s small home . While she is grateful to her mother for her help, she has always dreamed of having a place to call her own. She is so excited to have a home of her own to provide a safe, stable, affordable place for her son to play and grow.
Now, because of the generous support of people like you, she can worry about things like saving for college for Zachariah. A mother never stops worrying, but we, as a community, can help her not to worry about basic needs, like affordable shelter.
