

Program Qualifications
Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas builds single family new construction homes. Habitat homes are sold to qualified, low-to-moderate income families with a 0% fixed interest home loan with mortgage payments no more 30% of their monthly income, and no down payment required.

Whether you are an individual applying alone, a married couple with children, a single parent, or an extended family, we welcome your family to apply.

U.S Citizenship

All family members must be U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents.

​ A United States passport, birth certificate, or Permanent Resident Card is required to provide proof of legal residency.
Las Vegas Resident

In order to qualify for the program, you must be a Clark County resident for the past 12 months or longer.

You must not have owned a home in the past 2 years.
Income Requirements

Applicant must be in between 30%-80% AMI (Area Median Income) based on the current HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) income limitations**. Families whose monthly income is not within the income qualification range will not qualify.

**HUD income limits change on an annual basis. AMI is calculated based on the HUD income limits in effect when homeownership applications are being evaluated.
